All keyboards are made to order. Standard production time is 5 to 10 business days before your order ships. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

returns

Everything we sell is made to order for you, so we don't offer change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, reach out and we'll make it right.

warranty

Every FlexKeys product comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear, spills, and modifications aren't covered.

firmware & setup

All our keyboards run QMK/VIA firmware. Layouts can be customized in the browser with VIA, no software install needed. Guides and default keymaps are being written and will land here soon.
