orders
All products are made to order. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. An order is confirmed once payment is completed through our checkout. We'll email you a confirmation right away.
shipping
Made-to-order products typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery.
returns & cancellations
All products are made to order, so we don't offer change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we'll repair, replace, or refund it. Any refunds go back to the original payment method. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
warranty
All products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty doesn't cover normal wear, spills, or modifications. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
privacy
We only collect the data needed to process your order and run our store: your email, shipping address, and order history. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. We don't sell your data.
